Has anyone else experienced this?! I received notice from yesterday afternoon that my account was closed with no explanation! I inquired as to why immediately and now they are conducting an investigation with a pending response. I still have no update and support is regurgitating their bs script to me to be patient while they have their specialists email me after their review. Mind you i use them for direct deposit, stocks, and bill payment. I also have a card with them that I’ve used recently but other than that everything has been normal up until that random flag!
