One of the most well-known airlines in the United States of America is Alaska Airlines. When we compare the size of its fleet, the number of people it serves, and the number of scheduled passengers it carries, it comes in at number five among American airlines.
Serving a vast route network linking over 116 cities, Alaska Airlines collaborates with its regional partners, SkyWest Airlines and Horizon Air. Moreover, the American airline oversees its activities from five hubs, the main one being in Seattle/Tacoma.
Alaska Airlines does not currently belong to any of the three main airline alliances. However, the business intends to sign up with Oneworld by the end of 2021. In 2020, the airline will employ more than 16,000 people overall.
